Shipping policy
We provide free shipping within the United States for all products except merchandise.
Address changes after dispatch: Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, any change to the delivery address must be arranged with the freight carrier as a re-consignment and incurs a $250 address-change fee, payable before the change is made. We cannot guarantee the carrier will accept a change once the shipment is in transit.
Once shipped, you will receive a call from the selected carrier 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. You should ensure we have the best contact information on file so there are no delays, this call is in place to allow customers an opportunity to be present during delivery. Please note that if you are unreachable the carrier will deliver the package despite this at their earliest convenience. To ensure accuracy, please make sure to inspect your delivery for any issues that might have occurred in transit.
