The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, transport damage after delivery, unauthorized modifications, or commercial use. Kayaks must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the kayak is unused and in original condition. Before returning any item, you must contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

I bought this kayak because I didn't want to invest in roof racks, or the hassle of getting it on and off the roof. It fits in our Honda Odyssey very easily, including fishing rods, tackle, etc. Assembly at the fishing spot takes about 5 seconds, and it is very seaworthy (I fish saltwater for striped bass). I did a lot of research before buying this, and it paid off. It is an excellent product. Already got my first keeper striper on the maiden voyage! (see photo)
Missing the spare propeller and the screw for the rudder handle. It's a solid kayak but if paying this much, I expect everything to come with the product. This makes it extremely annoying.
It met all my expectations. A safe, stable kayak, easy to assemble and handle - even with a two-wheeled trolley - all the way to the ramp.
The Kayak works great. I have the 2 person model. My wife and I both weight 200+ and the kayak is still very stable. With both of us in it it sits really low so I wouldn't take it in the ocean with both of us on it. As a single kayak I have taken it in the ocean with no issues. I have even put a trolling motor in the peddle drive. All in all I am very satisfied. If there were any complaints it would be not enough storage for fishing gear
Arrived in great condition, easy to assemble, minimal hassle. The two parts are sturdy and heavy. They interlock and they are secured by latches. The rudder assembly inserts into the back via a pin and retainer. The seat is adjustable front to rear and is secured by two knobs. The pedal/propeller assembly is held on a by a quick-release/latch and can be raised and lowered easily while sitting in the kayak. For transport I remove the pedals/propeller, seat and rudder to make life easier. It was stable, getting in and out a breeze and I was able to use the paddles when getting near the shore as I had the rudder/propeller retracted in shallow water. In deeper water the propeller drive moved me along quite nicely. The front storage compartment isn't accessible while on the water, but the rear compartment is. It takes a bit to get adjusted when first using the pedals, but it doesn't take too long before it becomes second nature. I would highly recommend getting a kayak cart for wheeling it around if you want to assemble it away from the shore. Like I said, it is heavy, but in a good way. My other advice is don't get too OCD or fixated on the two halves fitting together, just put them together and close the latches. It's not going to be perfect. Once you use it, you will understand that it's a sit on top kayak and not a boat.
