Refund Policy
At Reel Yaks, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love each purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your item, our refund policy provides you with the option to return products for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided you meet the following conditions.
Upon receiving your kayak or pedal drive system, please inspect your items thoroughly for any signs of damage. If you discover issues with your kayaks, inflatable boats, or fishing gear during your inspection, we’ll gladly assist you with a replacement. However, it is vital to note that refunds cannot be granted for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the incorrect product.
To ensure a smooth return process, please return items in their original, unused condition and packaging. This includes all accessories and parts. Additionally, you'll need to contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Returned merchandise is subject to return shipping costs, and restocking or grading audit fees may apply.
Our refund policy only includes regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items, demo models, or liquidation products are not eligible for refunds. Similarly, custom color kayaks or accessories cannot be refunded as they are tailored to your unique preferences. Variability in color due to monitor settings can occur, but we will work with you on any warranty issues that may arise.
If you prefer an exchange for a defective or damaged item, we will replace full-priced products under these circumstances. Please ensure that you reach out to us promptly for exchanges.
All items are shipping with tracking provided once dispatched. Please keep in mind that we cannot process a refund until the returned item is delivered back to us.
