Returns Conditions
We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can. We want you to love the items you purchase from Reel Yaks. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return items for a refund within 14 days of your receipt date subject to the conditions below.
It is the onus of the buyer when signing for receipt of goods that you have inspected the goods thoroughly for any and all damage. Returned merchandise must be in original unused condition in original packaging. Should an item be damaged in transit we will work with you to deliver a replacement. Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind or if you've made a mistake in ordering the wrong product, nor will they be provided for late shipping delivery as the current climate makes shipping highly unpredictable (we endeavour to meet our committed shipping timelines outlined on our shipping page) .
Returned merchandise must be in original unused condition in original packaging. Please contact us to receive your Return Authorization number which should be prominently displayed on the outside of your product. You will be subject to return shipping costs and may incur restocking and grading audit return fees.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, demos and liquidations cannot be refunded.
Custom colors
Only regular color selections will be refunded, unfortunately custom colors cannot be refunded as this is a bespoke color choice to you. Nor do we advocate that your custom color will be an exact match to the color chart, there will always be some variability due to your own computer monitor settings as well as variations in the production process. We will endeavour to honor any warranty issues and work with you to fix these.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace fully priced items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email through our contact page here.
In Transit
Once we have shipped the item to you which includes an email with the tracking number and/or bill of lading (BOL), we will not provide a refund until the item is delivered back to us, send us an email through our contact page here.
