The pedal drive works great. It moves my kayak fast through the water and the capability to move in reverse is great, also! Just one small concern I have is my heels hit the deck of my kayak sometimes when I’m pedaling and that may have something to do with the way I’m sitting on it.

I have the 14ft raptor tandem but took the single one out and found it to be great , the issue is steering you can not move to left because the steering lever hits the chair

Great concept (of three-piece kayak) for those of us who are truckless and do not want to trailer, cartop, or lose climate control by having the boat hang out the back of an SUV. Also, it makes transport AND storage much easier (and less back-straining). 👍🏼👍🏼
Decaling is bubbling, but that’s about the only issue I’ve noticed.

Love the yak so far. Hate to say the way i work as a paramedic i haven’t had the chance to try it out yet. Customer service is great sending tge rudder upgrade that should be here Friday. Off thus saturday planning on fishing. Alsogoing to Florida in a cpl weeks gonna see how scuba diving off it works.

I'm loving these gunners. They are a must have for certain uak models if you don't want to ever worry about a rollover. It's not about looking cool on the water when all your gear is in the water. Safety is a must and these give you that.

Enjoying to the fullest. Single or tandem is the new way to go.

The kayak is fantastic. I’ve only had it out once and I caught a 4lb bass with my second cast. The only issue I have is the pedal drive is very difficult to get out. The twist locking mechanism is too tight and very difficult to get leverage on while in the water. I had to buy sheet metal vice grips to keep on the boat to help me unlock the drive before getting out of the water. I’m hoping for a different locking mechanism to be developed for simpler pedal removal.

Love this kayak! My hubby and I tried it out and everything worked great. The fin pedal drive was so nice to not have worn out arms. We have the 14ft. and the three modular pieces fit in my small SUV, Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. We had no problem assembling at launch site and had so much fun!

Showed up in 3 days, only complaint is that there's no reverse and the adjustment clasps on the seat were sharp out of the box, absolutely amazing otherwise
