The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, transport damage after delivery, unauthorized modifications, or commercial use. Kayaks must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the kayak is unused and in original condition. Before returning any item, you must contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

The pedal drive works great. It moves my kayak fast through the water and the capability to move in reverse is great, also! Just one small concern I have is my heels hit the deck of my kayak sometimes when I’m pedaling and that may have something to do with the way I’m sitting on it.
Love my rapido. Assembly was a breeze and it fits nicely in the bed of my pick up truck so now I can now kayak anytime I'm ready. Portability, affordability and build quality were key and factors and this checks those boxes. I've taken it out all the water about 6 times and it cuts through the water nicely. Fins are sturdy and it's nice that Reel Yaks gives you a spare set as they can become damaged over time from bottoming out. Hull sits nicely on my C-tug kayak cart when I need to get it to and from the water. It's light enough that I can also carry it in 2 parts to the launch spot and assembly at the water. Comes with a good rod holder that mounts to the rail system, and the build in holders are well-spaced for rod storage. The storage well is a good size and allows me to keep things secure and dry. The seat is comfortable and allows for easy adjustments so I can slide backwards or forward as needed. Rudder control allows for a decent turn radius and is well designed. One problem so far: one of my bottom latches recently broke off when taking kayak out of the water as hull came to rest against the river bank. I was able to find it at the shoreline but it's damaged and needs to be replaced. Pretty simple fix and Reel Yaks sells the latches on their website. Hopefully, the warranty will cover the replacement. Great purchase. You'll love it!

First time pedal kayak for me. Stability is good. It actually moves faster in the water than I expected from reading prop vs flat reviews. Easy to assemble and holds up pretty good. For the value of what I paid compare to others I’m not complaining but I will have a few complaints. First off, the damn cup holder is in the worse spot ever. It conflicts with the rudder. Picture for reference. That’s my biggest complaint. I wear a size 10 and for a great foot position on the pedals my feet rubs the orange foam and squeaks like SpongeBobs boots everytime. You have to slouch kinda in your seat to get a good pedaling position. One of my clamps was bent but thank god they gives you a spare replacement one. Also while assembled, it’s freaking heavy. Like extremely heavy. Better to assemble right next to the water but heavy isn’t bad because it’s good material. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase. With just some adjusting and adjustments it will be perfect for my needs.
Loving this vessel!It came with one missing wing nut that secures the rudder... no big deal really.I notified Reel Yaks and 1 week later they sent us 8 extra wing nuts!I'm new to this but after taking this thing out for a day I'm blown away!Minor effort needed to move this vessel along using the prop version with pedals.Fits in my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with room to spare.I feel that this is a great value and well built.Couldn't be more pleased!!
